Contact form. Name, e-mail address, phone number (if you provide it), subject and message text. We use them solely to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox before sending.
Job application form. Name, e-mail address, message and the CV you upload (PDF or DOCX). We use them to consider your application for employment. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Please do not include information in your CV that is not needed for recruitment.
Visit data. The server may log your IP address, date and time of access, requested URL and browser information for security and technical maintenance. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies only (for example to remember your language). See the Cookie policy for details.
We keep enquiries as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of the communication, and no longer than 12 months after the last communication. Job applications are kept during the selection process and no longer than 12 months after receipt, unless you expressly allow longer storage. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Only authorised employees who need them for the purposes above have access. We may entrust data to service providers (website and e-mail hosting) who process it on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.
The map on the Contact page uses OpenStreetMap; when it loads, your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap servers (see the Cookie policy).
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, as well as to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Send your request to rigeta@rigeta.hr; we will respond within the statutory deadline. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised alteration. Communication with our website takes place over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Our website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, let us know and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
